Contingency Gift

I give, devise and bequeath the residue of the property owned by me at my death, real and personal, and wherever situate, to my (wife, husband, etc.) NAME, if (he/she) survives me. If my (wife, husband, etc.) does not survive me, I give, devise and bequeath my residuary estate to the Jane Goodall Institute for Wildlife Research, Education and Conservation/USA (tax ID #94-2474731), a non profit, charitable corporation organized under California law and currently having offices at 4245 N.
